It's overwhelming to look up at him after hearing those words. She feels enveloped by him and it isn't inaccurate. Elektra, for once in her life, is small by comparison. She knows she could disappear beneath him easily if only because she has whenever she needed quick cover. This is very different. She isn't letting him close, keeping her back to the wall, to survive. This is about living in a way she's never had a chance to master because something has always gone terribly wrong.

She realizes she doesn't have the words for this. Elektra could ask him to stay, but they've been over that, haven't they? She could remind him he doesn't have to, but he knows that too. Really there's only thing she can think to respond with. "What do you want?" It's a soft ask. Elektra thinks she made her desires pretty clear even if that's debatable. She simply wants them to be together until something goes terribly wrong. His company is enough for her until then. She has to wonder where he stands. What does he hope for? This is a good a time as any to ask.
