Appearance

I use Manu Bennett as a PB if you need a rough idea of how Frank might look if he were to jump off the page. He's visibly much older and larger than Bennett, but I like his features and expressions for Frank. Frank is 6'3 and weighs in close to 300 lb. He has a lumbering gait, but is surprisingly quick on his feet when the situation calls for it. Most people think he looks terrifying and ghoulish, at least, when he's on the clock. Otherwise, he can come off as a giant teddy bear or like, someone's dad.

Fashion

You guessed it: he dresses like someone's dad. If that dad were like, a really scary version of Johnny Cash. In all seriousness, he dresses for practicality only, the only exception being the Memento Mori skull he paints on each and every iteration of his uniform. He isn't picky about the materials for this either, he even used puff-paint from CVS one time.

Demeanor & Attitude

He often comes across laconic and people might assume that he's stupid. This suits him so he usually won't correct it unless he's particularly feeling himself that day. Frank is an ENTJ or in other words: a total dick. He is blunt and uncaring of other's feelings, and beyond insufferable when he believes himself to be right. Despite his aggressive presentation, he seems to make friends easily and gains more allies than foes along the way. He abides by a "code" of conduct but only truly cares for a few classifications of people. These usually fall into service people/veterans, law enforcement, women and children respectively. Someone he immediately felt attachment to was a young Marine who lost her husband and her entire family, unsurprisingly. So Frank does have the capacity for empathy, he just certainly does not appear to, especially on first glance.
